Synkera is developing the next generation of
products for advanced chemical sensing of both
gases and liquids. Synkera's sensors are based
on a variety of technologies, including solid
state electronics and electrochemistry. Our solid-state
chemiresistive sensors are enhanced via incorporation
of unique design features such as NanoMOS™
and HeatSENS™ technologies. Using these techniques,
Synkera has created sensors that are more sensitive,
more selective and more stable than traditional
solid state sensors. Synkera's goal is to improve
the performance of solid-state sensor technology
while maintaining the low cost of this type of
sensor.
Synkera currently offers state-of-the-art
solid-state sensor elements for chemical
detection of a variety of gases as listed below. Synkera offers
an evaluation board to allow potential users to
easily heat our sensors and measure their output.
Synkera is also developing new signal conditioning
hardware to go with the sensors for our customers
that need more than a "raw" sensor.
Synkera has developed several other products
using our proprietary sensor technology. Synkera
offers Interdigitated Electrodes for sale (typically
used in materials research or for electrochemical
analysis) and their associated clips for attachment.
These electrodes are available in both standard
and custom configurations. Electrode materials
available include both gold and platinum electrodes.
