Bioanalysis & Bio-Imaging

Synkera currently offers substrates for bioanalysis that can be used to improve performance in:

cell culturing
cellular assays and analysis
microarrays / bioarrays
proteomics, glycomics and genomics

Additionally, several development efforts are underway, leveraging Synkera's ceramic MEMS technology. For example, the NIH has recently funded Synkera to develop new products targeting:

correlative microscopy for cellular and sub-cellular imaging
cryogenic electron microscopy and tomography

With these products, Synkera aims to deliver low cost laboratory consumables to several market segments, including:

basic life science research
pharmaceutical research and development
