Microsensor array substrates

Synkera is developing a new generation of chemical gas microsensor products based on our patented microsensor & microheater platform. Other ceramic MEMS devices and microcomponents of interest to Synkera include robust microheaters, catalytic membrane-reactors, biocompatible micromacnined substrates and chips for life sciences and other functional and structural microcomponents for harsh operating environments involving high temperature, mechanical shock and high radiation levels.
